75. Creary Potter House

75. Creary-Potter House. 6830 Pine Street. Circa 1869. Frame Vernacular. This house was built by John Butler who had served as sheriff, and republican legislator in Milton. Butler left Milton in 1878. In approximately 1889, the house was later acquired by H.L. Creary, a prominent lumber manufacturer and hotel owner.
