75. Ollinger Cobb House

Cottage Style with modified Gothic detailing.  This house is listed on the National Register of  Historic Places.  The house was built by Joseph Ollinger, a prominent entrepenuer in Milton. Ollinger and his two brother were skilled ships carpenters, this skill enabled them to build the first floating dry dock in the region. Ollinger also owned a dry goods and grocery store, and a saloon; was a real estate investor in the region.
