Ollinger-Cobb House. 6829 Pine Street. Circa 1875. Gulf Cottage Style with modified Gothic detailing. This house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The house was built by Joseph Ollinger, a prominent entrepreneur in Milton. Ollinger and his two brother were skilled ships carpenters, this skill enabled them to build the first floating dry dock in the region. Ollinger also owned a dry goods store, grocery store, and a saloon; he was also a real estate investor in the region.
