Isaac Harrow’s Plating and Blade Mill

Established 1734 on west bank of Petty’s Run near here. Sold to Benjamin Yard in 1745. New Jersey’s first iron works. Manufactured household and farming tools and equipment.

Marker is on the grounds of the Old Barracks Museum.
