Armed Forces History Museum

The Armed Forces History Museum opened in 2008 as a static display in the Pinellas County area. The museum's goal is to educate and preserve our history through the museum's displays, dioramas and educational program. With the ever growing amount of donated memorabilia, vehicles, one of a kind artifacts and specialized military pieces, the Board of Directors determined that the development of a permanent site would be beneficial to the general public and enable the museum to fulfill its mission objectives. The museum is a not for profit oraganization, not funded by the goverment, state, county or city.

The museum is housed in a 35,000 sq. ft. re-renovated building. The Armed Forces History Museum is one of the largest, non-government funded, museums in the State of Florida. The musuem is interactive with vehicles, MIG 21, helicopters specialized military pieces, one of a kind artifacts & much, much more. Suitable for all ages.
