Beaver County Agriculture Society formed Jan. 26, 1853. Site of annual fairs until 1899. Located between Leopard Lane, Otter Lane, Sharon Road and Fair Avenues. First board of managers: John Carothers, Thos. Thorniley, Thos. McKinley, Daniel Dawson, Wm. Henry.

Marker is at the intersection of 4th Street and Sharon Road, on the right when traveling west on 4th Street.
