Belvidere School Site
In 1898 Charleston County School District No. 11 bought this land from J. S. Hart and built a public school on the site soon after. School closed in the early 1920s.
Marker is at the intersection of Chisolm Road (State Road 10-54) and Belvedere Road (State Route 10-1493), on the right when traveling south on Chisolm Road.
