Carnegie Public Library

At the beginning of the Twentieth Century, Andrew Carnegie, who spent time with relatives in East Liverpool during his childhood, donated $50,000 toward the construction of a public library. The building was dedicated on May 8, 1902.

In the 1990's major renovations were made to the building to prepare it for a second century of service to the people of East Liverpool.

Marker is on East 4th Street 0 miles west of Broadway Street, on the right when traveling west.
