Erected by the Harmanson-West Camp Confederate Veterans, The Daughters of the Confederacy and the citizens of the Eastern Shore of Virginia; to the soldiers of the Confederacy from Northampton and Accomack Counties. They died bravely in war, or in peace lived nobly to rehabilitate their country. A. D. One thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
Marker is at the intersection of Alt. US 13 and Willow Oak Road, on the left when traveling north on Alt. US 13.
