A Training Place Forever.
To the memory of him and of the brave
men who have gone hence to pro-
tect their homes and to serve
their country, this stone
is erected by the town.

Marker is at the intersection of Centre Street and Ingersoll Street, on the right when traveling west on Centre Street.
