First Methodist Cemetery
The First Methodist Church in Sharpsburg acquired this property in 1819 and built a small, brick church here. The first burial was in 1828. This church was torn down when the congregation built a new church at 125 West Main Street in 1857.
Marker is on North Hall Street, on the right when traveling south.
