Florence Woman's Club

The Florence Woman's Club was organized in 1897. In 1929, architects Lescher & Mahoney designed this Spanish Colonial Revival Style clubhouse. The original light fixtures are suspended from the ceiling, and an ornate Spanish-style fireplace is centered on the south wall. During World War II the building served as a USO Club. Throughout its history, this clubhouse has served Florence as a center for celebrations and community events.
