Built in 1890, this Gothic Revival home was once the home of George and Sylvia Deffenbacher. Sylvia was the eldest child of Archibald “Bud” Simmons, one of Coburg’s early craftsmen, who worked on homes such as the Matthew’s House and the Jarnagin and Pennington houses.
