This beautiful “Double L” home was built in 1899. The property was originally two lots in 1914, with the Dick Jones residence located within the picket fence to the north. Herbert Joseph Cox, author of “Random Lengths” and clerk at the Booth-Kelly mill from 1910 to 1914, returned to Coburg in the 30s and lived in the existing house.
