Hurley Roadbed

 

Section of roadbed (now Rt. 28) between bluestone quarries of Glenford, West Hurley and Hurley and docks at Roundout Creek in 19th century. Grooves were worn by heavy wagons.

Marker is at the intersection of Main Street (County Route 29) and Schoolhouse Road, on the right when traveling east on Main Street.
