Liberty Pole
The Liberty Pole erected here in 1766 to celebrate repeal of Stamp Act has been replaced several times. Present one, 1964.
Marker is at the intersection of West Palisade Avenue (County Route 505) and Lafayette Avenue, on the left when traveling west on West Palisade Avenue.
