Museum of Southern History

This museum, established in 1975 by the Kirby Smith Camp 1209, Sons of Confederate Veterans, displays and interprets artifacts relating to the Civil War era. Visitors will find exhibits on military and civilian life during the Cvil War. A 6,000 volume research ibrary includes both period and later publications on the subject of the American Civil War.
