Museum of the Islands
Museum exhibits present the history of the Ten Thousand Islands along the southwest coast of Florida.
A mural and period artifacts provide an interpretation of the powerful Calusa culture that inhabited the islands 2,000 years ago. An extensive shell collection and exhibit celebrating the importance of fishing is on display.
