National Historic Landmark-Colonel John Stuart House

Built in 1772 by Colonel John Stuart (c. 1700-1779), the Royal Commissioner for Indian Affairs in the South, this is one of the finest examples of a three story Georgian frame townhouse in the Southern colonies.
