National Historic Landmark - National City Bank Building
National Historic Landmark - National City Bank Building
Home since 1908 of one of the country's most influential financial institutions, one of several formed in 1812 to fill the banking void created the previous year by the demise of the First Bank of the United States.
During the last decade of the 19th century and the first decade of the 20th, this was the leading bank serving the great financial and industrial combines.
