National Historic Landmark - New York Chamber of Commerce

Founded in 1768, the New York Chamber of Commerce has served as the organizational prototype for the development of similar institutions promoting the interests of American business on the national, State, and local levels.

This structure, a four-and-one-half-story building with richly detailed marble exterior and mansard roof, was constructed in 1901-02.
