National Historic Landmark- Philadelphia Savings Fund Society (PSFS) Building
Commissioned in 1932, the PSFS Building is the premier International Style building in the United States.
Philadelphia architect George Howe and Swiss architect William Lescaze designed not only the building and its interiors, but also the furnishings.
It remains today as one of the most important works of modern architecture.
The building has been successfully rehabilitated as a Loews Hotel using the Preservation Tax Incentives Program. All work meets the Secretary of the Interior's -Standards for Rehabilitation-.
