National Historic Landmark - S. Bridge, National Road

Constructed in 1828, this single arch stone structure formed part of the National Road, which was extended through Ohio between 1825 and 1837.

One of four of its kind extant in the State, the S-Bridge derives its name from its sharply curving approaches.
