National Historic Landmark-Seventh Regiment Armory
National Historical Landmark- Seventh Regiment Armory
Built 1877-80, this massive brick Gothic structure occupies an entire city block in downtown New York City.
A three-story building with a one-story drill shed behind, it contains one of the most significant groups of 1880s high-style interiors and furniture outside of a museum, including an intact interior designed by Tiffany.
Only armory to be owned by the regiment for which it was constructed.
