Poor Farm
Site of the "Poor Farm" which operated until the late 1930's. Indigent men resided here and received room and board in exchange for working on the surrounding land.
Records beginning around 1838 indicate that the poor were managed by overseers employed by the township.
Marker is on Clover Hill Road east of Old York Road, on the right when traveling east.
