This battery, of two 10 pdr. and two 20 pdr. Parrott guns, was in action here from 9 a.m. To 3.30 p.m. April 6, 1862. It was next engaged near Hurlbut's headquarters.
Marker can be reached from Eastern Corinth Road 0.2 miles south of Corinth-Pittsburg Road, on the left when traveling south.
