Built in 1856 by
Senora Ordaz de Rochin within
the confines of the presido -
using adobe bricks and tiles
from the presidio ruins.
Now owned by
Leontine Birabent Phelan,
grandaughter of Senora Rochin.
Marker is on Santa Barbara Street, on the right when traveling west.
