Built 1820's by Lumber Businessman Sherman Batcheller. Later owned by Lucian Degolia owner of large washboard and woodenware shop in back.
Marker is at the intersection of South Shore Road (County Route 7) and Del Golia Road, on the right when traveling north on South Shore Road.
