Also known as "The Crawford Block" this eclectic building is unique in Montclair. In 1909, early urban planner John Nolan described it as an excellent example of commercial design in a suburban town.

Marker is at the intersection of Bloomfield Avenue and Lackawanna Plaza, on the right when traveling north on Bloomfield Avenue.
