The former residential location on West Cervantes St was home to the late Bernice Bryars. On the night of their murder in 1931, Hinote picked up Bryars at her home and drove her to Marguerite (Hinote) Teate's house. The area has since been commercialized and the home replaced by a "Modern Dry Cleaners".
