The Skavlem–Williams Log Cabin

This structure of hand-hewn oak stood on the farm of Mr. & Mrs. Henry Williams. It was erected during the 1830's by Erick and Ragnhild Skavlem. It now stands as a visible reminder of the sacrifices made by early pioneers as they settled this area.

Marker can be reached from Milwaukee Street (County Highway X) 0.4 miles west of Church Street (State Highway 140), on the right when traveling west.
